This is a very interesting idea of giving the students the notion that they are stars. They are really stars for their teachers. You see students trying so hard to make better at their learning and you see they are so encouraged and motivated by their talented educators. I see that you have created a lounge for your students where they can read and share their experience with their peers and it looks just wonderful. I guess your students will have no problems in the future when they will want to get term paper online and you, as a great teacher will them where to find one.
